Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. (2 oz/ 57 g) salted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c (4 fl oz/ 118 ml) Frank’s Red Hot sauce, or similar
- 2 tbsp (1 fl oz/ 30 ml) yellow mustard
- *Optional: pinch guar gum
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and let it cook about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Whisk in the mustard and hot sauce.
- Once it starts steaming, begin stirring vigorously with a whisk.
- Sprinkle in the guar gum, if using, while whisking to fully incorporate.
- Remove from the heat and serve as desired.
Notes
Guar gum may be omitted.
